We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vora Ring. If for any reason the experience doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your Vora Ring must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and without signs of physical damage.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the magnetic charging base and cable.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, credited automatically to your original method of payment.

• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Size Exchanges

Finding the perfect fit is essential for accurate health tracking. If you require a different size, contact us at support@voraring.com. We will facilitate a size swap for any unworn ring to ensure you get the best experience possible.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach our facility.
