Thank you for choosing Vora. We are committed to delivering your smart technology with care and efficiency. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Secured Shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Secured Shipping (Global).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8-12 business days.

  • Cost: FREE.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your Vora Ring directly on our website through our Track Your Order page.

4. Customs, Duties, and TaxesVora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Most of our international shipments fall below the de minimis threshold and typically do not incur extra charges.

5. Damages & ProtectionVora ensures that all our shipments are secured. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@voraring.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they are required to process the replacement.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost/Stolen PackagesVora is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide confirmation of delivery, date, and tracking information for the customer to investigate with the carrier.
